Scriptwise terms of use
Last updated: October 25, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and BlackNerd Studio Limited (“we”) for using Scriptwise. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to them.
What Scriptwise is
Scriptwise is a study app for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE). It’s an independent study tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). Using it doesn’t guarantee that you’ll pass the exam.
Not medical advice
The questions and explanations are for exam study only. They aren’t medical, pharmacy or legal advice, and they may contain mistakes or fall behind changes in law and practice. Don’t use them to make decisions about real patients or medicines.
Your account
You need an account to use Scriptwise. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
Exam Pass
Exam Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra features on your account. In the apps, Apple or Google processes the payment under their own terms, and they handle refunds. On the web, Stripe processes the payment; email us within 14 days for a refund. If we ever stop offering Scriptwise, we’ll give notice in the app first.
Using Scriptwise fairly
Don’t copy, resell or republish the questions or other content, scrape the app, try to break into or overload it, or use it to break the law.
Our content
The app, questions, explanations and pictures belong to us. You may use them for your own study.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If a change to the terms is significant, we’ll tell you in the app before it applies. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
Scriptwise is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for more than you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
