Delete your Scriptwise account

Scriptwise is made by BlackNerd Studio Limited.

In the app or on the web

Open your profile and choose Delete account. Your account is deleted straight away. On the web, sign in at your profile.

Without the app

Email support@blacknerd.studio from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Everything we hold about you: your account details (email address and name), your study activity (answers, practice sets, mock exams, flashcard and math progress), the problems you reported with questions, our record of your Exam Pass purchase and your sign-in links to Apple or Google. Apple, Google and Stripe keep their own records of your payment. Screen recordings are deleted within 30 days, and usage events, which are tied to a number and not your name or email, stay with PostHog.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel or refund a purchase; see support for refunds.
