Restore Exam Pass

Exam Pass belongs to your Scriptwise account, so it’s there whenever you sign in with the same account, on any phone or on the web. In the apps, you can also open Exam Pass and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account you bought it with.

Refunds

• iPhone: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Android: request one from your Google Play order history (play.google.com, Payments and subscriptions, Budget and history).
• Web: email us within 14 days of buying.

Delete your account

In the app or on the web, open your profile and choose Delete account, or ask us to delete it.
